The Sports Museum of America

While I was in New York City last week, I went to the brand new Sports Museum of America with Stacy Holand from the Women’s Sports Foundation. The museum is pretty awesome, there’s a hall dedicated to Billie Jean King and the Women’s Sports Foundation and my feet/shoe size are on the floor! There’s also an X-Games section with my gold Oakley Olympic goggles and Hannah Teter’s donated a ton of stuff; including her medal! Kelly Clark donated a few boards as well, it is so cool to see our sports memorabilia alongside Muhammad Ali’s stuff and Michael Jordan’s too so, if you’re in NYC and want to see all sorts of athletic memorabilia swing by the Sports Museum of America.
