Another successful and fun Covergirl Snow Angels Invitational went down this weekend at Snowmass. We had fifteen of the worlds best women snowboarders compete in a perfectly built 22ft Frank Wells halfpipe for $20,000! Aside from a fun weekend on the hill riding pipe and fresh pow, we had a slew of amazing off hill perks including spa treatments, environmental workshops and Covergirl makeovers. I always love ending the season having fun riding with all my friends, so thanks everyone for coming out and supporting another amazing year of Snow Angels. Here’s a peek at how we spent our weekend!
Earth Day!
With Earth Day and the fact that everyday is earth day, I joined with over 40 groups from across the clean energy movement — community groups, environmentalists, veterans, youth, people of faith, conservationists, and more — to declare my energy independence and call on the U.S. Senate to put our nation on a path towards a clean energy economy.
