I’m back in Aspen for the holidays riding the XGames pipe at Buttermilk and waiting for those classic Aspen powder days. Wishing all of you a very merry holiday season with lots of snow and wintertime fun!
The 2010-2011 season is all about progression for me. I’ve decided to put my focus on learning new tricks and progressive riding by sitting out the first few events to put more time and energy into taking my riding to the next level. So, in order to do that, I’ve been spending a lot of my time in the pipe and at woodward copper hitting the snowflex jumps into the resi pit. Check out a video from the other day and see what I’ve been up to!
As most of you know, I’ve recently teamed up with Playtex Sport to promote the “Be Unstoppable” movement, a movement dedicated to getting girls active and inspired to live active, healthy lifestyles. Sports have always been a big part of my life and I’m excited to help other girls reap the benefits of active living! Check out my recent interview with Seventeen Magazine and learn more about the “Be Unstoppable” movement!
ESPN has launched a brand spakin’ new website, ESPNW.com, dedicated to female athletes and sports fans with posts from top female sports columnists and bloggers, pro athletes, expert contributors and news from a variety of ESPN and non-ESPN news outlets. I’ll be one of their contributing monthly bloggers, so keep an eye out for my blogs and please check out my first installment “Creativity Over Competition: A Year of Change”.
